1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sugar Spin Jewel ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gold Smile Advertising and Marketing Company Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Account Usage Rules

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting game mechanics or promotions.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any portion thereof.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain or to disrupt the experience of other players.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Sugar Spin Jewel, including but not limited to graphics, designs, game mechanics, audio, text, code, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of Gold Smile Advertising and Marketing Company Limited and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Sugar Spin Jewel name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

5. In-Game Purchases and Refund Policy

• The Game may offer virtual currency, items, or subscriptions for purchase with real money.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, or remove virtual items at our discretion.
• Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.
• If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you forfeit all virtual items and currency.

6. User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other players.
• Post or transmit content that is offensive, obscene, or violates any law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLD SMILE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING COMPANY LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Game or via email. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
